Spokane Robotaxi is a pre-launch mobility brand operated by Thach Robotaxi, LLC. This website provides general information about our plans and allows people to express interest. It does not currently sell transportation, accept ride bookings, create a passenger-carrier relationship, or guarantee that service will launch in any location or on any date.

3. Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist expresses interest only. It is not a reservation, ticket, membership, promise of priority, or guarantee of service, pricing, coverage, vehicle type, or launch timing. We may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or communications at any time.

If you create or use an account, authentication is provided by a third-party identity service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. A submission made while signed in may be linked to your account.

If you consent to receive updates, you may opt out through the instructions in a message. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping it current.

References to Tesla, Cybercab, Robotaxi, or other third-party names are descriptive. Vehicle access, capabilities, commercial terms, and availability are controlled by their respective owners and may change.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

The website’s original text, layout, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by Thach Robotaxi, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
